Section titled “Answer”To transfer projects to another company, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to transfer projects.
- Contact support if you need assistance with the transfer process.
- Once the transfer is initiated, you will be notified when it is complete.
- Check the target company to confirm the projects have been transferred successfully.
When you contact support, mention whether the target company is under the same Testomat.io account, whether it has a different owner, and what your role is in both companies — this helps support understand which options are available.
