Why am I not receiving Slack notifications despite a valid webhook and rules?

A valid webhook and a saved rule aren’t enough — the run must also match the rule. Check these:

1. The run is finished. Notifications are sent for finished runs only.
2. The rule is toggled on. Check the quick toggle in Settings → Report Notifications.
3. The rule matches the run. Compare the run title, RunGroup, type, and status against your Basic Rules.
4. The rule isn’t scoped to a RunGroup. Run Group notifications work for Email only — never Slack.
5. The webhook is still live. If the Slack app or channel was removed, generate a new Webhook URL and paste it in.
