Why are some columns ignored and not imported from Zephyr (.xlsx)?

Some columns like Key, custom fields, and Status may be ignored during the import process from a Zephyr .xlsx file.

  1. Use Labels for Custom Fields: Ensure that the ‘Key’ column and your custom field columns are set up as labels in your import settings. This allows these fields to be recognized and imported correctly.

  2. Verify Status Field: Confirm that the ‘Status’ column is correctly mapped and imported. This should be automatically handled if the import settings are configured properly.

  3. Check Import Configuration: Review your import configuration to ensure all necessary fields are included and correctly mapped.
