Why can't I join a company project on Testomat?
Having the same email domain as your company does not automatically connect you to the company on Testomat. You need to be explicitly added to the company and granted access to the specific project.
- Ensure you have been invited: Your company admin should invite your email address to the company.
- Check project access: The admin should add you to the project via Projects Access.
- Verify invitation receipt: If you were invited but didn’t receive the invitation, check your spam/junk folder and ask the admin to resend it.
- Locate the project: Log in to your Testomat.io account and check the dropdown menu for the project.
If this doesn’t work
Section titled “If this doesn’t work”- Make sure the invitation email is coming from testomat.io.
- If the project is still not visible, contact your company admin to verify your access settings.
