How do I restore archived or purged test runs?
Yes. Purged and archived runs aren’t deleted, they’re moved to the Archive, so you can restore them at any time.
To restore a run
Section titled “To restore a run”- Open the Runs Archive page.
- Click the Extra menu for the run.
- Select Unarchive, then click Confirm.
To restore several at once, click Multi-select, choose the runs, click Unarchive, then Confirm. Restoring a RunGroup also restores all of its archived runs.
Why some tests show as Skipped
Section titled “Why some tests show as Skipped”If a run was still in progress when it was purged, it’s stopped automatically, and any Pending tests are marked Skipped. Results already recorded (Passed, Failed, Skipped) are kept.
A run stopped this way keeps its terminated status after you restore it and can’t be resumed, but you can still open it to view and analyze the results.
Preventing automatic purges
Section titled “Preventing automatic purges”By default, Testomat.io purges runs older than 90 days, once a day. To change that:
- On the Runs Archive page, click the Extra menu, choose Purge Old Runs, set the period, and click Save, or
- Set the term on the Project Settings page.
