You can run specific tests with Testomat.io GitHub integration for Python/pytest.

Add the --testomatio-filter="test_id=$grep" option to your report command.

Full command example:

pytest --testomatio report --testomatio-filter="test_id=$grep"

This allows you to trigger specific tests instead of running the full GitHub Actions workflow.
